QUALITY POLICY

It is the established policy of SioSi UK Limited to provide its customers with products which fully conform to their specifications/requirements, relating to quality and reliability, delivered to them defect free and on time.

The management will continually assess our performance by means of audits and customer feedback. The resultant feedback will provide us with an insight into potential improvements supporting our “continuous improvement culture”.

Periodically, long and short-term quality & business objectives will be established and/or reviewed. This may be done in the form of a business plan. Once these objectives are implemented, they will need, initially, close monitoring and frequent review to ensure their suitability in the SioSi UK Limited management system.

This policy will periodically be reviewed as part of our “continuous improvement culture” to ensure its continuing suitability for the management system. Such reviews will take place during Senior management meetings, which will be held, at a minimum of every twelve months.

The nature of quality assurance is such that it makes it impossible for any manual to be fully comprehensive and the company publishes it in the knowledge that, in the long run, the quality of its products and its good name depend on the actions of those in its employ.
